Quality Services International, LLC (QSI) began as the culmination of Francisco (“Frank”) Arevalo’s vision to provide world-class hospital housekeeping services to Government and private sector clients across the U.S. Since the company’s founding in 2000, QSI has graduated from the 8(a) program and expanded its core capabilities, becoming a trusted Government partner for facility operations, maintenance, and repair, grounds maintenance, pest control, and snow and ice removal as well as custodial, janitorial, and aseptic and non-aseptic hospital housekeeping contracts.
With overall responsibility for achieving contract objectives provided by our President, Ms. Valerie Sanchez, QSI’s corporate organization is small enough to provide our customers with the opportunity to know everyone on a first name basis, yet large enough to provide the full range of management and administrative services. Our corporate structure allows us to provide personalized service with a faster response time than other contractors while minimizing overhead and unnecessary, excess management.
